Lookbook// Merry Missguided Christmas

One of the best parts of being so close to Christmas are the parties.
Finding that perfect outfit, getting glammed up and dancing the night away. Party outfits are my favourite outfits so I went straight to Missguided where I discovered this gorgeous khaki midi skirt in their sale at only £9.99!

The detail on the skirt is unique with a functioning zip down the front giving it a edgy vibe whilst the suede material keeps it classy (unless someone breaks the zip)! The only comment I'll make on the skirt is that it does tend to ride up a lot and then the zip starts to undo slightly!

Paired with my bargain skirt is a simple curved hem crop top which contrasts perfectly with the khaki, it has a slight polo neck feel to it which elongates my body by the length of the skirt combined with the high neck.

Another good deal I found was this lovely little leather clutch bag with snakeskin print, I was lucky to have spotted it on the way out of a shop and had to go back for it. It is the perfect size for evenings out, it will easily fit your essentials in, make up and your phone...

The metal trim at the bottom of the bag also matches the golden strip at the front of the skirt as well as the leather matching the shoes. If I know anything it is how much I love to match!

This necklace is probably one of the simplest necklaces I have bought in a good year however I have been wearing it almost all the time. Mango have some lovely pieces in this season especially in the jewellery and bag departments!

I seriously love this outfit, the two Missguided pieces together the mix the sumptuous material of the skirt and the smartness of the top with is toned down by the cropped hem makes it a perfect look for going out for drinks.

The final touch of this look is these amazing new heeled sandals which are surprisingly comfortable and elegant making the outfit perfect for a Christmas party.
