Jeans and a comfy tee has to be one of the simplest outfits going but it's also one of my favourites. I'm sure you're not used to seeing this sort of look from me on my blog, but I have to be honest and say 70% of the time this is what you would catch me in. I love quirky trends as much as the next person, but comfort is always key!

I'll let you into a secret, this Calvin Klein tee is actually from the men's section, but like I said comfort is key. I am obsessed with slogan tees at the minute, they're super minimal and we all know I adore minimalism. I actually picked up this tee in white as well because I loved it so much, they also do a black version and I would be lying if I say I wasn't tempted.

A loose fitting t-shirt is one of the most versatile pieces your wardrobe can have and surprisingly can be styled in quite a few ways. I have sized up and got mediums so they would look a little more slouchy as this makes everything appear more effortless.
I'm partial to a tuck at the best of times, especially when the top is oversized. As I have some curves, I always try to highlight my waistline so tucking everything in really helps to cinch my middle. Another little tip to feminise this men's tee is rolling the cuffs. It's a small trick that turns shapeless short sleeves into cap sleeves that fit a little better.

Normally I like to stick to black jeans, my classic go-to but since this tee is navy and I didn't fancy that clashing fashion faux-pas, light wash just had to do. Even though blue jeans are a favourite of mine, I do like the tonal vibe between the denim and the tee (even though my black belt does stick out a bit).

I've simply accessorised this look with one of my trusty biker jackets from Forever 21, the white colouring goes so well with the slogan on the tee. Normally I would wear this without the jacket but with November well and truly here, beggars can't be choosers.  I picked up this jacket last years in Vegas and it's made a huge impact on my wardrobe ever since, so it seemed the perfect option.

Keeping with the white theme, I slipped on a pair of matching ankle boots. If I'm running errands, I would just put on a pair of trainers with this look but for meeting up with the girls or a day out and about these boots are the best option.

I'm most definitely back on the blogging vibe now and I'm looking forward to sharing weekly content with you guys. Like this look, I'm also going to be showcasing some more casual outfits as well as monthly wishlists too!
